About Me
An athlete since the age of 6, I have always loved the mental dynamics of sport that make us experience emotions and lead us to know ourselves better. I first loved team sports: I played football for 10 years with a school curriculum adapted to sport. In this sport, I have always sought cohesion and team performance.
My passion for sport and the human body led me to study physiotherapy in Amsterdam. There, I specialized in sports physiotherapy and followed teams on the sidelines.
Quickly, I found myself limited by the mechanical approach to the body. This led me to work in neurology in order to better understand brain functions.
However, I missed sports performance. I sought it out by doing a CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies) in mental preparation to complete my knowledge and help athletes where it matters most to me: performance and mental well-being.
I continue to compete in trail running and ski mountaineering. In parallel, I practice mountain biking, climbing, mountaineering, and skiing (cross-country, touring).
I support athletes individually or in groups, in any sport.
Expertise and Training
Mental Coach
Holder of the C.A.S. in SASP (2026), I rely on sports psychology models to optimize the cognitive, emotional, and social faculties of athletes seeking performance and well-being in their discipline.
Physiotherapist
My expertise in sports physiotherapy, neurology, and vestibular therapy provides me with a bio-psycho-social vision for comprehensive support.
Accustomed to supporting patients, I am also a clinical educator for physiotherapy students.
Volunteer Firefighter
This field experience requires calm, quick decision-making, and teamwork in emergency situations—skills that I pass on to athletes seeking performance.
